Chief Minister Praises Bijapur Collector Sambit Mishra and SP Dr. Jitendra Yadav — Commends Their Excellent Work in Education and Anti-Naxal Efforts

Raipur/Bijapur: During a recent review meeting, the Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh praised Bijapur Collector Sambit Mishra and Superintendent of Police Dr. Jitendra Yadav for their outstanding work in their respective fields. The Chief Minister said both officers are doing exemplary work in a Naxal-affected district like Bijapur and have become inspirations for others.

The Chief Minister highlighted the efforts of Collector Sambit Mishra in encouraging tribal children towards education. Under his guidance, initiatives such as education awareness campaigns, model school programs, and motivation camps have significantly improved the district’s educational environment.

The Chief Minister also praised SP Dr. Jitendra Yadav for his effective leadership in anti-Naxal operations and peace-building efforts. He noted that the coordination between the police and administration has strengthened security and accelerated development in the region.

Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai recently convened a joint meeting of Collectors and Superintendents of Police (SPs) at Mahanadi Bhavan, Raipur. Officials from all 33 districts attended the session.

The Chief Minister discussed key issues including law and order, drug trafficking, road safety, cybercrime prevention, and administrative coordination. He emphasized the importance of strong collaboration between Collectors and SPs, noting that districts with better coordination have achieved improved outcomes.

CM Sai directed strict enforcement of zero-tolerance policies, intensified monitoring of sensitive matters such as cattle smuggling and religious conversions, and continuous technical training for police to combat emerging cyber threats.

Home Minister Vijay Sharma, Chief Secretary Vikas Sheel, Additional Chief Secretary Manoj Pingua, Principal Secretary Subodh Kumar Singh, and other senior officials were also present.
